I'm a people-person through and through.
My camera has given me the best possible reason to meet the coolest, nicest people and cheer them on during one of the happiest moments of their lives.
I spend my weekdays editing away in my cozy home office, taking breaks to watch 90 Day Fiancé with my boyfriend Theo and our sweet little cat, Charlotte. The weekends are reserved for documenting the most magical day of your life, crying behind my camera through your vows, and catching the wildest moves of all your favourite people the dance floor.
When I’m not shooting, I’m exploring the hidden corners of my city (Winnipeg is way cooler than everyone thinks!), treasure-hunting in vintage and thrift stores, or swimming in the nearest body of water. (The only thing I know about astrology is that I’m a water sign and it’s 1000% accurate).
Winnipeg is home, but I’m down to travel anywhere! Just let me know the time and place.
How it all started:
Way back as a little grade 9 girly, I was snapping pics with a tiny digital camera, stacking up books as a tripod to take elaborate self-portraits (because I wasn’t brave enough to ask someone to model for me). My beloved friends noticed my growing obsession, and chipped in to surprise me with a big camera and lenses so I could take it to the next level. (Still makes me weepy to think about it.)
Soon after, someone asked me to photograph their wedding, and then another and another until I finally decided this just might be the most obvious sign from the universe. I’d stumbled into something I was always meant to do. I headed off to photography school and had the best year learning the industry, and getting the camera to feel like second nature in my hands. I’ve been doing this wild, wonderful, energizing work for over a decade and it gets better every year!

I’ll make sure you feel so confident during the engagement photos that you're excited for the photos on the wedding day, not nervous, because you already know you’ll crush it and that we can make some serious magic together!
The big day:
I looove weddings. (That probably goes without saying.) I want every detail about how you met, and how the proposal went down. Tell me your plans for flowers, the food, the DRESS. Everything matters because it’s all part of YOUR unique story.
I want get to know you ahead of time during the engagement session and/or tons of communicating before the big day, so I know all the special things to look for. I can also help you plan the perfect timeline, so you spend the day doing exactly what you want, with the people you love!
I’ll be right in the thick of it, setting up your first look so you don’t have to worry about logistics, blending in to get alllll the candids, and taking charge when needed so the family photos are done well, and quickly so everyone can get back to the party!
